shipping, but sometimes the travel experience may cause damage. If there is a need replace a damaged item,
simply contact customercare@tuttleview.com and we will
supply a return label and ship you a new item immediately.
If the reason for an exchange or return is anything other than defective
or damaged product, please reach out to the eCurator from your event and you
will be assisted immediately.
Please understand that a personalized item can only be returned if it has
been damaged or is defective.
