How Information is Gathered
The instances where information is gathered include:

In these instances, we ask for personal information including name, address, email and phone number(s), credit card information.
The Tuttle View online shopping event will engage in real-time video stream and include a chat room. This information may be retained for up to 72 hours after the close of an event to ensure exceptional customer service. The information gathered will reference product feedback, but no personal information will be associated with the feedback. This input will help Tuttle View improve the product selection and experience for our customers.
Product reviews and consumer generated endorsement videos used are at the complete discretion of the consumer, and any submission by a customer implies approval to use on the Tuttle View site.
Tuttle View respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. We will not sell or distribute information gathered on our websites or shopping events to any third party. Collection and Use of Information
Information is gathered on a voluntary basis. When you choose to provide us with your personal information, please know that we may store some/all information to further understand how to best serve our customers and provide the best and most engaging experience.

Cookies are also used to associate you with your eCurator, keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, and to tell us whether you have visited in the past. Pixel tags in emails help us confirm the receipt of, and response to, our emails.
Your email address is collected during event registration. Email marketing occurs from two perspectives. Most Tuttle View emails will be generated from your eCurator as she/he shares updated information, fun facts, interesting articles, new products and helpful hints. Emails such as order confirmation, shipments notices and other emails regarding a transaction will be generated by the company. Even if you unsubscribe to email marketing, those emails that reference transactions will still occur.
Links With Other Sites
Since third-party sites are owned and operated independently, Tuttle View cannot ensure the safeguard of any personal information that you choose to provide to a third-party website that links to or from any of the Tuttle View sites. These third-party sites may have their own separate privacy policies that are beyond our management control. As such, we cannot assume responsibility or liability for practices, actions or policies of these third-party sites.
Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information confidential) have access to your information. We take precautions to ensure that this information is secure. Please understand, however, that no data transmission over the Internet will be 100% secure. While we take steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
Credit card information and numbers entered by customers and or eCurators are encrypted before transmission to our credit card authorization service; if the item amount and dollar volume of the purchase is authorized, the order is processed through our online software and forwarded to our merchant banking account for processing. Credit card transactions online through the tuttleview.com shopping cart are secured by an online industry standard (SSL). Tuttle View eCurators do not receive credit card number information . As an extra precaution, we do not include credit card information in any email correspondence related to customer purchases.
